Introduction

MIQvet is an application to descibe behaviour of radiation in veterinary patients. Results calculated by MIQvet will appraoch reality but will never be reality. The responsability of using the results of MIQvet will always be born by those who use MIQvet.

Devices

The results of MIQvet are only applicable for continuous voltage X-ray tubes (DC tubes). Pulse X-ray tubes (AC tubes) are NOT supported.

Liabilities

MIQvet b.v. declines all resposabilities towards any accident due to the use of radiation. In case of any dispute only Dutch legislation will be applicable. By subscribing to MIQvet users agree with this condition and waive the right to question this.

Updates

The MIQvet project was started in 2014 and does know many changes ever since for improving the results of the calculations. The application will be updated whenever it might be necessairy. When updates are installed this will be done without any notification to the user except announcements on the MIQvet website.

MIQvet will never contact users unless this is asked by the user himself.

Abuse

MIQvet b.v. will end the agreement without refund of the monies paid when abuse is proven.
