Terms and conditions MIQvet b.v.

MIQvet web application to calculate settings for kV and mAs in veterinary radiology with continuous potential X-ray tubes.

The access to the MIQvet application is based on the subscription for 1 year.
Access will be given after receiving payment on the bank account of MIQvet.
Without written cancellation via info@miq-vet.nl the subscription will be extended with a duration of 1 year.
If the amount for the extension is not paid before the new agreement takes effect, the access is unilaterally granted by MIQvet e.g. blocked until the amount is paid. Costs for collection will be borne entirely by the customer, plus € 60.50 administration fees.
The amounts for access to MIQvet do not include any bank charges.

To grant acces, invoices sent by MIQvet have to be payed without any restriction.
Only after complete payment access will be granted to the web application.
MIQvet is not responsible for incorrect payments.

Access to the MIQvet application is based on fair use policy.
MIQvet e.g. reserves the right to terminate the agreement if there is abuse by the customer. If it turns out that a customer is abusing the application, MIQvet will immediately block access without warning.
There is abuse when the application is used for multiple systems in various veterinary practices or when it appears that the customer is creating shadow tables.

The MIQvet application is subject to continuous development. The results of the application have been tested since 2017 but improvements will be necessary in the future. Results generated by users will be used for improving the software.
Only anonymized images will be used by MIQvet for publication in the website.

The application offered is a calculation method for determining the settings required in veterinary radiology. Before using the application, the customer has to calibrate his/her X-ray infrastructure once. Data from the calibration are stored by MIQvet for future use by the customer. These data are not available for any third party.
MIQvet does accept any liability for damage to equipment, patients or employees in any form.
MIQvet b.v. is not liable for improper use by the customer.
