MIQvet tutorials

Before taking full benefits of MIQvet it is necessary to calibrate your system. With calibration the specifications of your X-ray tube and detector are determined. Systems used for digital imaging differ widely in sensitivity. Calibration is used for correcting these differences.

Calibration isn't very difficult but is absolutely necessary. Making the calibration images and doing the interpretation will take some time but will improve the results when using MIQvet. All hardware settings have to be calibrated separately. It is not possible to use the same calibration for more than 1 system.

Downloads are available to facilitate calibration. We strongly advise to have a look at the tutorials before starting calibration. Clicking on the links below will start the download. All downloads are in PDF format. If you open these files with Adobe reader, please press ctrl-L for displaying the slide show. Esc will end the slide show.
